# Is there a video here that teaches how to do your first EQ, first compression, vocal cleaning, etc.? The very start of the mix, and maybe what and how to set it up exactly during recording?

Hi,

I found illangelo’s first video series ‘alone again’ really great and I don’t use ableton. The video on how he processes the vocal and mastering chain is very good. Also the new Charlie puth video, the vocal video for that is quick and easy to understand and replicate. Hope that helps, Mike
