Hey Chris, Mike here in the far north - Toronto, Canada. Watch your videos all the time and it has taken my game to the next level - thank you. My question is tracking to tape. Im running a Studer A827. When tracking to tape would you commit EQ, comp etc to your tracks or would you do that processing post tape? Or maybe you do both. Thx.

Hey Mike ! Well of course remember analog is noisy yet forgiving…record your song with all the eq you want you dont need to compress as much on the drums… experiment but build your sound in so you throw up the faders and its bright shiny and exciting
