Hey Dan thanks for taking the time to give back! Vampire is a really great song, and i love your statement about making music you want to hear.

I just have two questions to ask you.

What’s your 1176 settings for recording Olivia on the way in?

How different was the final mix to your own? (yours sounds pretty close to what we ended up getting)

I usually like to get the song pretty close before sending it to mix. Mixing always just brings out the sounds a bit more. Sometimes it’s about getting the bass/drum ratio dialed in more, and a lot of it is just getting the vocals to sit better!
