Introducing: Before & After Mixing
Welcome to our newest category, Before & After Mixing! Here, you can share your before-and-after mixes to show your progress, get feedback from the community, and trade tips and techniques with other mixers. Ask questions, swap advice, and share what you’ve learned, all in one place.
Sharing your mixes: upload a SoundCloud (or similar) link to your work, and include the title of your song, plus anything else you want to share (ex. what you struggled with, what your proud of, what you learned, etc.). If you’d like more detailed feedback, consider also including a downloadable link (Dropbox, Google Drive, etc.) so listeners can check the mix on their own monitors.
Please keep feedback constructive, kind, and supportive. This is a space to share your creative process and learn from each other.
