What was the mic/gear chain used for tracking the doubled acoustic guitar that comes in the chorus of “Part of the Band” and where was the mic positioned in relation to the guitar? It sounds lovely.
Also, do you remember what type of guitar that was? was it a J-45?

That would have been a u67 in electric lady studios B (in the control room). Positioned a couple ft away aimed somewhere around the 12th fret. 1073 preamp, no compressor and then theres this EQ on both of the guitars and they’re panned around 60 L and R 
I can’t remember off hand which guitar is was but I’m going to find out!
