Workout routine from Jaycen Joshua

Hey, it’s no wonder Jaycen Joshuas bass and drums sound that good when you look and have power like a body builder, so I think I can speak for all engineers and producers when I am asking for your workout routine and how to achieve such big arms!

Right now I am doing more like full body workouts but when I see your gains I may have to change it
Is there also a possibility to work out with you when joining a masterclass?

I can recommend the Magnus Method app. I follow his routines plus I add a cardio day (trail running) a week. It’s been working great for me.
