Could you explain in detail your songwriting process with Olivia? Does she bring in completed songs or do you work on them together ? As far as overall vibe goes, do you write with a specific feel in mind?

It really depends on the song. Sometimes she brings in a song (verse/chorus) and I help her finish the idea, ie. tweaking lyrics, changing chords when necessary, and almost always we write the bridge together…and then sometimes we start an idea completely from the ground up together. Song to song it almost always varies.
