Hey Jay,
I have a quick question about gain staging. I’m mixing a song that has 3 kicks 
, and I noticed that if I make my kick hit the Shadow Hills meters around -1, my 2-bus ends up hitting The God Particle way too hard. But if I keep The God Particle around -5, the Shadow Hills barely compresses the kick.
Should I replace the kick ,or Should I be aiming for the meter on Shadow Hills or THE GOD PARTICLES ,Thanks for all the knowledge you share!
