What are your thoughts on mixing mostly in headphones and is it possible to get successful results this way?

Its not my preference but I do it from time to time when traveling. The most important thing is to be as familiar with your headphones as possible. Most people consume their music in headphones. Its definitely a good thing to get used to mixing in headphones.
