New here ! I am a bit obsessed with Vangelis cinematic style music , dark, ominous soundtracks. I’ve just remade the bounty opening titles from 84’ . I am limiting myself to equipment they had in Nemo studios, lex 224, mm310 quad Pacifica channel strip, studer on my tracks , ampex on master, Roland space echo.
Where do I best start for eq’ing , stereo width and dynamics, can’t seem to get my mix distant enough for some parts, I also tend to add with eq and never remove which is t great
