More times than not it saturation. Echoboy Distorted delay rolling off 1k shelf. 8 times out of 10. Sometimes a bit of reverb off the delay. Rarely though. Spread the delay with Goodhertz Wow Control. Crazy random modulation stuff you can do with that.
