Hello Jaycen,
Is your Pro Tools template always the same? or does it vary by music genre? Do you mix a rock song completely differently?

Always the same. I adjust my mindset and maybe how I’m using my tools, but I always use my same workflow and template. This way, I save time and energy by always knowing where everything is and how every plugin in my template should be behaving.
