Is it possible to have someone on the team create Jaycen’s template for Ableton users?

There is also a direct question for it (ProTools) but I have not seen the original template in here.

To the community:
I’m aiming to put together the template myself.
Rather than re-watching all of the sessions which is fairly time consuming, whatever information you may have individually regarding what’s on the 2bus, individual channels, sends, NLS specifics, mix ratio’s per plugin, etc, reply to this post with that information.
Again, I’ll be putting this together and sharing it with the community when it’s complete.

Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.

You can find a “gift” in the dropbox folder I shared here, there is an updated version with all the improvements I did this year, based also on further videos for Jaycen Joshua.

Further improvements are:

  • batter Performance due to bug fixes (some chains didn’t properly turn off, when not active)
  • improved the NLS group to be centered and not adding gain, but analogue feel.
  • added front to back panner
  • replaced Ableton EQ’s by fabfilter pro 4
    (you can also use its unique feature to see all main channels along with masking and made the adjustments form there)
  • added the MWTM provided plugins like:
    • Vermer (in parallel to drums and kick)
    • soothe2 (to bass, for Ableton you need 3 of them, there is no multiple source function on SC, but you can turn them on only if your perc or toms really have lowend content)
    • used McDSP SPC 2000 instead of the multiband, because its the version provided by MWTM, you can still group them and spit the bands your self, but I think it sound great without Multi Band as well.
  • added Melodyne Essentials to all vocal tracks, since one needs it
  • added redux (bitreduction) to Hi Hat
  • and a sweet spot search pot for the god particle at the end :hugs:
