Ive been looking into the ROCS that is offered here - and outside of just plugging in some measurements…
im really not sure on how to use the software. Is there a video tutorial? when I follow to the redi website, Im afraid all the information there is way too far over my head?

Thank you for your question. ROCS by Redi Acoustics is an incredibly powerful software, with many features that can help you get an accurate representation of the acoustics in your room and how to improve it.
It is currently available for Expert members only.
