Jaycen's Template for Logic Pro X

Here is my take on Jaycen’s mixing template.

I have tried to copy everything from the pro-tools template, but it’s not 100% 1 to 1. Since some of the plugins used are stock, and i dont have all plugins he using in he’s template.

Hi can you send me for Studio one?

Here’s my Logic Template! Took me weeks to perfect and it’s about 90% to Jay’s. His presets are loaded where they could be. I’m all over the board with my style of music so I left a little room for flexibility (I.e. MV2 on Lead VOX for Rap vs. MC2000 for singing). Also, I’m replacing the following plugins to cheaper alternatives:

Multi band comp: Fab filter → Waves C6
2 bus limiter: GP → Logic stock limiter (purely for DSP)

Lastly, the drum chain is exact, but individual drum channels are mostly stock plugins because it’s so situational… I usually create those on the fly.

If you like it, show some love:

Does anyone know which plug-in Jaycen uses to do parallel compression on the 808?

Nice version, but try to download my version, and look through it. You’ll see that i have much more, i have copied almost anything form his official Pro-tools template.

I have now had the opportunity to look at that template from TEMPL8KING and it contains a few real elements from the Jaycen pro-tools template, and then many plugins settings don’t match with his, and unfortunately it’s very messy. So don’t waste money buying that template from TEMPL8KING.

Go ahead and download my version, which will one day be 100% free.

I’ve been sitting there with Jaycen’s pro-tools template and copying it over one thing at a time into Logic Pro X, however there are very few elements and settings that couldn’t be copied over, as it’s pro-tools stock plugins that have been used.

Hey, where can i find your version of the template? i would like to try it out!

Just so others also can find it to:

On the master i have an Fabfilter Pr-Q 3 with some very small dynamic mid/side EQ, R-Comp (With settings form the MWTMs video with Jaycen where he showed settings form a project with drake) and last FabFilter Pro-L (With settings form the same MWTMs video)

There is also some FXs that could not be recreated because he uses some stock Pro-Tools plugins.

And on the Vocal Chain i dont have EL-Ray but i have R-comp

I tried both of these templates and the Templ8King one is far far more complex and in depth. Also the signal flow is better. All of their reviews say the same. I don’t know perhaps they updated it since the last version but from what I can see a lot of work has gone into it

Can you send it to achonthebeats@gmail.com
