What’s your preferred listening/monitoring level when mixing? Do you swap between listening quiet and loud? Or do you always stay on the same level? Thanks!
Hi! I swap constantly, but mostly im at a medium level making actual mix decisions, then I turn up loud to check how harsh it is at my desired level of fun listening. Before I bounce it I’ll do a couple of very low listens to check last minute balances. Honestly, I’m a pretty loud mixer as I like to have fun. Hopefully my ears last!
