I’m an artist from New York who goes by Reesh and I’m submitting a song that has come together in the last week or so titled “Cry, Cry, Cry.” A more personal song inspired by an important, and indeed, complex relationship in my life.
As is true for most of my songs, I try my very best to quiet down the inner noise and be a steward for the authenticity of the moment. In turn, I get to facilitate the creation of what feels like rich, dimensional sonic spaces, expressing the personal to uncover some aspect of the universal. Certainly I’m not the only artist whose process feels as ethereal as it does materially cathartic, after all, all artists live as that bridge between the two realms. I’m just happy to be one of them!
