Hi Leslie!
I would SO love the opportunity to have my song mixed live with you.
I produced this track entirely myself and am very interested in learning more about the mixing side!! I played all the instruments myself except the drums which are a loop.

Thank you for doing this!!

Also, if it would be better to mix songs with live drums, I do have some more unreleased tracks that need mixing: Stream Nashlyn | Listen to New Demos playlist online for free on SoundCloud
This would be huge for me - thank you so much for your consideration <3

Here’s a track that has given me a lot of trouble to mix. This song was done in a time of grief after losing my parents 11 months apart, and then going through other personal issues. It means a lot to me.
It features my classmate who goes by Rev. Slim, who is actually a Grammy winning bassist and guitarist.
The song is called Soliloquy

Hey
This track is the opener for my latest EP - Welcome To Loveland - a 70s-inspired psychedelic concept that contrasts the cheerful facade of a theme park with the darker emotional and corporate realities hiding underneath. Thanks : )

Not much to say, I’d love to have this song mixed by a legend. Hope you choose it

Currently deep into finishing an EP, this is one of the songs. Written on a broken guitar in Italy and then recorded back in Berlin with my friends. We just wrapped production on this one, would be stoked to hear what ideas Leslie has for this song.

Hey Leslie, here we go: Stream Where You Belong by Alex Sprave | Listen online for free on SoundCloud . I had several tries mixing it myself, but it seems to be impossible for me to make the right decisions—whether this song wants to sound like a ’90s feel-good track, a vintage ’60s soul song, or even be part of that Mac DeMarco lo-fi kind of world…
I believe there is something in there, and with the right mix it could probably become a big indie summer hit, haha.
Hope you enjoy it!
Cheers,
Alex

p.s. I’m not sure if that matters but I’ve written that song and recorded each instrument by myself…
Hey hey–my name is Chris Burnett, an independent artist form South Central LA. I’ve got this song called Everything that I want to release next month. It’s pretty sonically layered, so the mixing has been a bit challenging. I tend to produce and mix all my music at the same time, and would love a professional opinion of where it stands and how it could be better!

This song is really beautiful, I like it a lot already like it is. It is interesting to hear from begining to end. Congrats

Hey there Leslie! I’ve watched your breakdown on one of Pharrells tracks and recently JIDs tracks. Great insights! My stage name is DDB (short for Dave DaBeatz) here is an unreleased track dedicated to my kids that I want to drop on Father’s Day. The chorus was already baked into the 2-track I leased and I recorded over the verses. Mixed myself. Would be legendary if you did a live mix session with it! DDB - A Burning Flame (Oh Child)

Hey everybody! I’m an artist, producer and engineer from Portland, Oregon. I wrote this song in response to a dumb move I did when I didn’t cherish who someone was until it was too late. I chopped the samples and laid new ideas/instruments over it. Then I varisped it up and came out with this. This song is from my latest project “Break The Loop”. And it’s featuring my good friend Mal London. I’m glad to have grown from my own faults and to have moved into a better view on life now with the help of this song. Thank you for all you do! SHUFFLIN’ FT. MAL LONDON
So we can link songs that’s already been mixed?
Aloha Leslie and MWTM,
This is a narrative driven story song, fictional inspired and based on watching way too many movies.
Hope you enjoy and thanks for listening.
Mahalo,

I’ve learned so much from Leslie Brathwaite and would love to hear what he’d do with my track! Here’s an unreleased Neosoul duet I wrote, produced, recorded and rough-mixed. I’m looking to release it on a debut album: https://on.soundcloud.com/WASHpK2JmYM0BPMQni
