Which off the shelf analog EQ would you say comes closest to your board eq? Really like the sound of it judging by the videos and the quality of your masters in general. If you could point us in the direction of something out there that would be much appreciated.

I unfortunately can’t answer this one. I’ve only ever mastered on the console I have now and learned everything I know using that custom board.
Manley, Pultec, Weiss, etc are all popular brands and I figure with good reason. Perhaps hearing some of them if there’s a way to audition them beforehand would help in making that decision. Find what sounds good to your individual ear and style.
